Dear Patients,
On March 19th, we were issued directives from the Chief Medical Officer as well as the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) to cease all non-essential hearing services (such as hearing tests, hearing aid repairs).
We strive to ensure the safety of our patients and community in light of the recent Coronavirus risks, and as such, must regrettably close Sound Hearing Care until further notice.
We are still available by phone at (519) 979-3300 from 10:00-3:00 pm Monday through Thursday for general advice/device troubleshooting.
